Not every agent is this.
There are discount agencies that provide discounted or limited services. In order to cut costs, they must cut corners.
Further, not all full service agencies are equal.

- adjustments for condition
- adjustments for bedroom, bathroom count, etc.
In the event you receive contract(s) from buyers or their agents, please call us at anytime to discuss terms such as:
- escalation clauses
- appraisal bridges
- Home Sale Contingencies
- Suitable Housing Contingencies
- offer evaluation/comparison
- and Next Steps such as moving and cleaning companies, etc.
