We provide a service, if we cannot justify our value, we have no business serving you. You do what you do best, and we do what we do best.

One of our specialties is working with For Sale By Owners (FSBO's) by either selling their home for them HASSLE FREE or by bringing them a buyer.

Therefore, you can expect a call from us.

Two Main concerns fsbo's have

1. Commission/Compensation

Commission is Negotiable.

Each situation is different and each clients needs are different. We are here to accommodate those needs and we base our fee for our services on those needs.

Pay Only if We Sell For You Successfully.

The way commission works is you only pay us, if we sell your home for you.

Only if we provide you a ready, willing and able buyer with a contract acceptable to you that closes, do you pay compensation. Our compensation is based solely on your home successfully selling.

2. Previous Poor Experience with an Agent

Not Every Agent is Created Equally, Unfortunately.

We are a full-service, professional, experienced and quality based team deriving directly from the hyper-specific Vermont market and climate.

Not every agent is this.

There are discount agencies that provide discounted or limited services. In order to cut costs, they must cut corners.

Further, not all full service agencies are equal.

Pricing

One of the most common reasons a home fails to sell is due to it's price.

Additionally, with no obligation, we can provide you a Full Pricing Analysis, with no cost to you. This analysis looks at the following:

- comparable sales

- adjustments for square footage

- adjustments for condition

- adjustments for bedroom, bathroom count, etc.

Contract tips

In the event you receive contract(s) from buyers or their agents, please call us at anytime to discuss terms such as:

- escalation clauses

- appraisal bridges

- Home Sale Contingencies

- Suitable Housing Contingencies

- offer evaluation/comparison

- and Next Steps such as moving and cleaning companies, etc.
